The aroma of Modena PGI Balsamic Vinegar is derived from its stay in various wooden "barrels" such as chestnut and oak, with a preference for oak. As a result, the wood refines the product over time. Pair this balsamic vinegar with salads, raw or cooked vegetables including carrots, green beans, and cheeses.
